I started FitNex because when I went online for fitness advice, I was overwhelmed by countless opinions and training styles, all claiming to be the "perfect" solution. There were endless diets promising to help build muscle without gaining fat, and I didn’t know what to trust. I felt completely lost until I decided to start talking to people at my gym. That’s when I got real practical advice that made a genuine difference in my fitness journey.
It made me wonder: Why was it so hard to find this kind of help online? That’s when I decided to do something about it.
